This vintage home in Locust Valley, NY, was renovated for investment purposes using the design-build construction process. The house was in poor condition but in a well-sought-after location in Nassau County. Glitz Construction refinished the floors, painted the interior and exterior, and installed the kitchen fixtures.

Many of the original architectural details were left intact, adding to the home’s character post-renovation. These included the fireplace mantel, double doors to the study, and hardwood floors. All of which are original to the home construction.

The house was listed in July 2023 for $849,000.
